A 4-Week Journey of Embodied Release & Integration

One of the most powerful moments in healing is when we take our power back.

When we can lovingly release what was never ours to carry: pain, expectations, energy, we create space for our own freedom.

Releasing what is not yours to carry is a sacred act of love. It’s not about resentment, it’s release and freedom for all.

It’s the deep knowing: This is not mine to carry anymore.


Last year, it came to me in a session; I had been holding something for multiple humans, with my mentor, Kate Shipp (follow her if you don’t already!). And something shifted within me and in the world around me.

What I had been holding for someone else… they recently began to hold for themselves and move that energy with love, and they had no idea I did that practice. Moving energy is profound and we sometimes have no idea what we are holding until we know. We don’t know what we don’t know until it presents itself.

4-Week Zoom Series: Releasing What Is Not Ours to Carry

Focus: Trauma-informed practices to release, reclaim, and return home to self

This 4-week journey invites you to gently let go of what is not yours to carry, expectations, energy, stories, and emotional weight, through meditation, movement, and intentional release. Each week builds on the last, guiding you back into safety, clarity, and your light.

Weekly Themes & Structure:

Week 1: Root + Remember

Grounding + Intention Setting

• One-hour grounding meditation

• Includes full body scan and root chakra focus

• Build trust, connection, and safety

Week 2: Clear + Create Space

Gentle Release Through Movement + Meditation

• One-hour guided meditation and physical practice

Leaning into love, leaning into light when times like these happen in the world, my heart goes out to so many as there is so much sadness, suffering happening right now.

 

I wanted to offer this space due to a lot that is going on in the world. When we come together in community and we come together in lifting each other up in the light, it helps shift the energy within and around us creating ripple effects far beyond what we can see.

 

In life, we all face hard things. You don’t have to carry them alone. These monthly sessions are a sacred space to be seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’re walking through grief, sadness, change, or simply the heaviness of life, you are welcome here.

 What to Expect:

Grounding – each session begins with a simple grounding practice to settle and arrive.

Unity practice – something light to bring us together in connection.

Sharing – an open space to speak what’s on your heart (sharing is always optional).

Collective support – we hold one another in compassion, prayer, and presence.

This circle is open to everyone. If you don’t pray, that’s okay. If you don’t believe in God, that’s okay. You are welcome exactly as you are. This is a safe and supportive space for all.
