Heidi believes healing doesn’t have to be forceful, it can be soft, sacred, and rooted in love.
After her own journey through anxiety, people-pleasing, and depression, Heidi turned to breath, movement, and faith to return home to herself. Now, she guides others to do the same through trauma-informed, heart-led care.
Her sessions are infused with compassion, nervous system awareness, and a deep belief in your wholeness.
At Yoga Life Health, we offer gentle, private healing sessions and sacred group spaces to support you, body, mind, and soul.
All offerings are guided by Heidi Horath, a trauma-informed, Christ-centered practitioner with certifications in yoga, Reiki, and somatic trauma recovery.

Oh my gosh this was SUCH an amazing moving experience, Heidi! You did a phenomenal job (as expected) and it touched my heart in so many ways. I truly feel the healing within my heart and I am so excited for my future and letting go of all of those things today was so exhilarating.
I am free. I am loved. I am whole. I am supported. I am safe. I am that I am. THANK YOU!
This experience was worth more than I could ever express. I love you girls so much and am incredibly grateful for this life for you all of you and your lives. Thank you for your love and tenderness. I am better because of each one of you.

Begin with simple poses and gradually increase intensity as your body adjusts. It’s important to listen to your body and progress at your own pace.
A yoga mat is essential, and props like blocks and straps can help enhance your practice. Comfortable clothing is also important to allow for full movement.
It's best to wait at least 1-2 hours after eating before practicing yoga. This helps prevent discomfort during your poses.
Feeling stuck is natural. Consider exploring different types of classes, consulting with a yoga instructor, or incorporating mindfulness practices to deepen your experience.
Yoga focuses on physical postures and breath control to enhance overall well-being, while meditation is primarily a mental practice that fosters mindfulness, relaxation, and clarity.
A consistent yoga practice improves flexibility, strengthens the body, reduces stress, enhances mental clarity, and promotes overall well-being, both physically and emotionally.
