I have followed Heidi since she started her Yoga journey. I took her first class that she taught at an art gallery on Tuesday evenings and took some Zoom yoga classes from her as well. From the very beginning she had a way of calming my tight muscles from a stressful day at work, but most of all helping me to learn to let go, ground myself into the earth and breath!! I came away from those classes feeling stress free and relaxed! From there, due to Covid, she was teaching Breathing classes on zoom, and I learned so much about breathing and how calm your whole nervous system feels after taking time to breath the correct way. Heidi's voice is like an angel speaking to you, with eyes closed and her guiding you into the earth. Recently, I started a Chakra Alignment Meditation class on zoom, and it is so wonderful and interesting to learn about the different Chakra alignments in your body and why some may be out of alignment. I love how she starts and ends each class with a little Meditation to get you grounded. Heidi is like a little magical unicorn that lights up the world!!
I have been to all of Heidi's sessions, from the beginning of her yoga journey and Zoom classes during Covid as she guided through yoga movements and breath work. She held sessions going through each chakra, which was so interesting and useful! Heidi is so professional and so knowledgeable in this field! Her sessions for Breathing, meditation and yoga always leave me with a feeling of Calm! Heidi's faith shines through like the sun and she always makes sure you are at your comfort level!!! I look so forward to continuing all sessions with Heidi.
I have to tell you how profound yesterday was for me. Thank you for the gift and the experience. I came home and cried to my husband as I shared with him the impact it made and the knowledge and sense of peace I took with me. I found great solace in showing up for myself yesterday and in witnessing yours and Janice’s work together, it was beautiful. ❤️
